How to Apply for Your Remaining TT Salary
Step 1:Click Service at the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 2:Go to Send us a message and enter the following message:
Hello, my old TT ID is 【xxxx】. I am here to apply for my remaining salary from 【platform name+ID】. My remaining amount is 【xxx】. Thank you!
Step 3:Click Send Message.

After submitting your message, please wait patiently. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.
Notice:
Please clearly specify which platform your remaining balance is from. Funds will only be added to your new TT account after your platform account has been successfully linked.
