Qualified Settlement Requirements

To ensure that all settlement data is real, fair, and valid, and to protect the rights and benefits of agents and partners, all settlement orders must meet the platform’s qualified settlement requirements. Only settlements that pass platform review and meet all required conditions will be counted as valid settlements and included in commission, reward, activity, team, or level statistics.

1. Definition of Qualified Settlement

A qualified settlement refers to a valid order where the user has completed normal and effective platform activity, the settlement amount meets the minimum requirement, and the order has been reviewed and approved by the platform.

Only settlements confirmed as qualified by the platform will be used to calculate agent commissions, activity rewards, team data, level tasks, and other related benefits.

2. Minimum Settlement Amount Requirement

Each settlement amount must reach 80 or above to be considered eligible for review and calculation.

If a settlement amount is below 80, it will not generate any commission and will not be counted as a valid settlement.

For example:

A settlement amount of 80 meets the minimum requirement and may enter the review process.

A settlement amount higher than 80 meets the minimum requirement and may enter the review process.

A settlement amount below 80 does not meet the minimum requirement, will not generate commission, and will not be included in valid settlement statistics.

3. Approval Requirement

In addition to meeting the minimum amount requirement, the settlement must also be successfully approved by the platform.

The platform will conduct a comprehensive review based on the user’s deposit records, betting activity, account activity, account status, IP information, device information, and overall data authenticity.

Only settlements that pass the platform review will be recognized as valid settlements.

If a settlement fails the review, even if the amount reaches 80 or above, it will not be counted as a qualified settlement and will not generate any commission or reward.

4. Settlements That Will Not Be Counted

The following types of settlements will not be included in qualified settlement statistics:

  1. Canceled Settlements
    Any settlement canceled by the user, system, or platform will not be counted as valid data.
  2. Invalid Settlements
    Settlements that do not meet the platform’s settlement conditions, have incomplete data, or fail to meet the minimum amount requirement will be considered invalid.
  3. Abnormal Settlements
    This includes but is not limited to abnormal deposits, abnormal betting behavior, abnormal logins, abnormal devices, abnormal IP addresses, or repeated operations within a short period of time.
  4. Fraudulent Settlements
    If there is any fake registration, fake deposit, fake promotion, malicious profit-seeking, turnover manipulation, cheating, or other fraudulent behavior, the related settlement will be invalid.
  5. Duplicate Account Settlements
    If the same user uses multiple accounts to register, bind, participate in activities, or submit settlements repeatedly, the related settlements will not be counted.
  6. Duplicate IP Settlements
    If multiple accounts use the same IP address or abnormal associated IP addresses for registration, deposits, betting, or settlement submission, the platform has the right to mark the data as abnormal and cancel the related settlement qualification.
  7. Settlements That Fail Final Review
    All settlement results are subject to the final review and confirmation of the platform backend. Any settlement that does not pass the final review will not be included in commission or reward calculations.

5. Commission Calculation Rules

Agent commission will only be calculated based on qualified settlements.

Settlements below 80 will not generate commission.

Settlements that fail the review will not generate commission.

Canceled, invalid, abnormal, fraudulent, duplicate-account, or duplicate-IP settlements will not generate commission.

The platform only counts real, valid, and compliant settlement orders.

6. Data Statistics Rules

All settlement data will be automatically recorded by the platform system and confirmed according to the backend review results.

Agents may check related settlement data in the backend. However, the final number of valid settlements, commission amount, and reward results shall be based on the final confirmed data in the platform backend.

If there is any data delay, pending review status, abnormal mark, or system synchronization issue, the platform’s final review result shall prevail.

7. Violation Handling

If the platform discovers that an agent or user is involved in any of the following behaviors, the platform has the right to cancel the related settlements, commissions, and activity rewards:

Fake promotion;

Bulk account registration;

Duplicate account operation;

Use of the same or abnormal IP addresses;

Malicious turnover manipulation;

Fake deposits;

Abnormal betting behavior;

Fraudulent profit-seeking;

Submission of false data;

Any other behavior that violates platform rules.

In serious cases, the platform has the right to restrict account functions, cancel activity eligibility, suspend cooperation, or terminate the cooperation relationship.

8. Final Interpretation Rights

The platform will make a comprehensive judgment on all settlement orders based on actual data, risk control results, and review standards.

All qualified settlements, commission payments, reward statistics, and violation handling results shall be subject to the final review result of the platform backend.

The platform reserves the final right of interpretation of this rule and has the right to adjust or update the rule according to actual operational needs.
